RETREATS
The retreats are holistic immersions designed to reconnect you to your physical body, release the pressure of the mind, and awaken the deeper intelligence of your soul.
Through daily practices, workshops, rituals, and nurturing cuisine, you are fully guided to unwind, learn, and open. Surrounded by like-minded souls, you’ll feel supported and inspired as the collective energy elevates the frequency of the entire group.
Every retreat has its own theme and vibration, yet they all share one intention — to help you come home to yourself.

RESIDENCY
Invitation to stay in the dreamiest French castle in the forest. A sanctuary for those seeking silence, beauty, and deep reconnection.
You may come on your own or with a loved one, choosing between a private or shared room, and enjoy the full services of our private chef while following your own rhythm.
This is your time to rest, to write, to create, to simply be. You may journal by the window, paint under the trees, or take long walks in the gardens — with no agenda but your own.
For those who have attended a retreat, the Residency also offers a beautiful space to integrate, to let everything you’ve learned settle and take root within you.

CHÂTEAU DE GOAS, HISTORY
Located in the heart of the Lomagne hills in the Gers (Occitanie region), the Château de Lamothe-Goas is a historic Gascon estate whose foundations date back to the Middle Ages.
A Lineage of History
During the French Revolution, Comtesse Marie-Jacqueline de Biran d’Armagnac, a former lady-in-waiting to Marie-Antoinette, took refuge at the château. She sheltered victims of the Terror, beautified the property, and built a chapel that served as a parish church.
She also designed a park laid out in a star shape around a bronze statue of Diana the Huntress, still present today.
A Refuge During War
In the 1940s, owner Denise Hachon, became a heroine of the French Resistance under the network Deuxième Dragon in Auch.
She used her position at the prefecture to produce false papers, saving many Jewish families.
The Château de Goas once again became a place of refuge, sheltering several children.
For her courage, Denise was honored by the State of Israel in 1987 as “Righteous Among the Nations”, and a tree was planted in her name at Yad Vashem in Jerusalem.
Legacy
The Château de Goas stands today as a symbol of French history, innovation, and human compassion — a place that has continually reflected the values of protection, renewal, and forward vision, from the Revolution to modern times.
